HI! I've been doing Paleo off and on since around 2014. My first time focusing on a much cleaner way of eating was in May 2014 and I did it for weight loss (obviously) and to try and reduce the joint pain I have from arthritis. It worked. Like really well! Lost 10 pounds in 2 months and felt terrific! Then life happened and I started eating all those things that are not so good for you!
I'm starting A Paleo Girl to document my journey more than anything ... you know, to make myself a little more accountable cuz it's so easy to say I'll start over tomorrow. Why not NOW??
